My Goals:
My current goal is to survive. To do this I need to lower my A1c to 7 at least. I need to be able to walk 3 mph for an hour without stopping. I need to be able to stay awake all day long. I need to be able to rise and be alert in the morning before 10 am. I need to be able to think clearly.

My Program:
I am remembering to take all my medications regularly.
I am keeping a food log.
I am exercising 5 days a week or more.

Personal Information:
I am from Oklahoma, third generation. I am a member of the Choctaw nation, but not culturally active. I must read daily or I get very very grumpy. I am trying to develop the same response with exercise. I currently have one dog but would like more. I like doing crossword puzzles.

Other Information:
I am better with animals and books than people but would like to change this.
