Looking to live healthy
I have four kids and weighed the same (minus baby weight) for last fifteen years. I alway gain ten pounds during the winter, but this year gained a whole twenty pounds. I'm looking for support for fitness goals because I have no family support. I don't look like the typical "soccer mom" but I don't like stereotypes. Please help!
