More often than not, the answer to that question is a big resounding "YES." I'm striving to live by this quote in every aspect of my life, be it job, education, fitness, nutrition, or relationships. I've always been a "path of least resistance" person. Kind of lazy, go-with-the-flow, non-confrontational and non-committed. I've gotten by with that attitude. A's and B's with no studying, music and drawing abilities without really practicing, and yes, maintaining an ok figure without really trying (although with age it's catching up to me!) BUT it's all been pretty mediocre. And I'm SO TIRED OF IT! I want more and yearn now for better than what I had. I've come to realize that anything worth having doesn't come for free, so instead of watching from the sidelines and waiting for something or someone to come along and give me a better job, a new car, or six-pack abs, I'm going after what I want. I'm done with the excuses and the procrastination. I'm going after what I want.

My Program:
I'm a fitness DVD junkie. My faves are: TurboFire (duh), any Jillian Michaels (except her atrocious kettlebell & yoga ones), and although they're cheeeeese city, I REALLY like the Core Fusion series. When I move back to my hometown where there are gyms I want to start a weight lifting plan and Zumba classes. I also enjoy jogging, but HERE is the most important thing: EATING CLEAN. Tosca Reno's books changed my entire outlook on food and by bodies capabilities! For my other goals, I save AT LEAST $100 a month.

I'm from Tennessee- GO TITANS!!! I'm 5'2"

Other Information:
Music makes my world go round! I love it all EXCEPT for country, especially hip-hop and neosoul. I work, clean, run, work out, shower, make dinner, get ready.... do everything to music. I cannot live without it. I enjoy reading. I'm a fanatic for crossword puzzles, the outdoors, my cat Charlie, dancing and art of any kind. Family and friendships are the most important things in my life.
