My Goals:
1. To be down to 135 pounds by May, 2010. GOAL MET - May 25, 2010. 2. To do the 60k Walk for Cancer the summer of 2010. WALK BOOKED - July 24 - 25, 2010. GOAL MET - Two day walk completed - amazing experience! 3. To run in at least three 5k runs in 2010.
My Program:
I have joined a cardio/strength training workshop two times a week. As well, I walk for an hour on either Saturday or Sunday. I also do portion control as a way of managing how much I eat.
Personal Information:
I am married and have three children, twin sons aged 20, and a daughter who is 14 going on 18!
Other Information:
I love to read, run, and spend time with my family.
