*Race for the Cure 10/3/10 - 35:00 (PR)
* Maryville, MO 5K 6/14/11 - 35:08 (3 minutes faster than last year!)

My Program:
- Run 3-5 days/week at least 2-3 miles/day
- Wii "My Fitness Coach" 3x per week for minimum of 30 minutes/day
- ST 3x per week
- Water, water, water
- Eat breakfast every day no matter how busy I think I am!

Awe, thank you for the sweet comment! I found that if I have something to focus on...or train for, I'm much more motivated! Now that winter is looming, I'm going to have to find some focus so that I don't start slacking off!

I had to laugh when I saw your caption about your self portrait. I sometimes wonder how people can do that and it looks so good! It must be a special talent! I can't take a good self portrait either! HAHA!

i'm signing up for the make-a-wish race in september. it'll be my first 5k! emoticon i had considered the fast forward race because of the cause but was worried about the potentially intense august heat impacting my already pathetic running ability. lol. fwiw, if it's the kucera family hosting that race, they're AWESOME people. i worked with them years ago when i worked for the ms society.

perhaps i'll see you in september!! keep it up, girl..... emoticon
