The magic words - fit, healthy and active.

I started here in 2006, did well, lost weight, ran my first 5k in 2008 and then, boom, injuries - seemingly one after another - for the past 3 years. I regained the weight I lost and then some. I"ve worked hard to heal the injuries and am 90% of the way there so it's time to get back into things. .

I'll be 50 in a few weeks, single, no kids. I'm committed to making this the year I get back to being fit, healthy and active.

Short Term goals:
#1 Pineapple Classic Nov. 12th

My Program:
Swim - 3-4x a week
Walk/run - 2-3x week,
Strength - 2-3x/week
Stretch - daily, 10-15", 2 weekly sessions of 30"
Yoga and Pilates as able to fit in schedule.
