Just wanted to drop by and say thanks for your comment on my first ever blog last week--about a night person becoming a morning person Good advice about trying to be consistent (not perfect) This week has been a struggle for us to get to bed early and we haven't been able to get up as early as we want to, so we have not gone to the gym. I know my DH feels so much better when he goes. Tomorrow's a new day!
