Splash in Spokane
I live in Spokane WA with my 3 dogs. 2012 felt like a year in stasis. I didn't really do anything I wanted to do. I want 2013 to be better - so I will make it that way! I will continue my paleo and try to find the workout plan that works best for me.

My Goals:
Be able to run up to speed around the show ring with Eliot and do Agility with Luke & Zeke. Do Geocaches and hike to places that require significant elevation changes. Snowshoe up Mt Spokane. Sit in stadium seats without having to sit sideways to fit.
First weight goal: 260
My Program:
Primal/paleo nutrition. Walking, hiking & geocaching with the dogs the occasional video, a stationary bike and hopefully sometime in the near future, crossfit.

Well, dogs & dogs...& dogs...are a huge part of my life! I do Rally, Obedience, Conformation and hopefully in the future, agility. But the pack and I also like to hang out and just be together. I like to read (fantasy, adventure & mystery), watch movies (adventure, romcom & testosterone filled shoot 'em ups), and I love to hike & geocache/terracache.
