Here is my Goal for the 5% Summer Challenge.

Goal to eat: 1300-1650 calories per day.
Goal to burn: 1300 calories per week.
Goal to go from 153 to 145 by Aug. 18

My exercise plan is to use my elliptical machine and recumbent bike. Also, I will take my steps (8000 per day) and walk in my neighborhood at least three times per week.

I've had my fitbit for almost a year. I don't have the premium subscription. Can't decide if it is worth it so I keep waiting, maybe in a couple of months I will subscribe.

That's fun doing Bunco for a fundraiser for a charity. That would be a good idea to do around here.
