My Goals:
To lose weight (of course) and to slim way down. I'm tired of people asking me when the baby is due!!! I want more energy on a daily basis and not be sick as often. I want to be able to be more active with my children. I would love to be able to do the more active things with my husband (like biking) and to just feel better about myself.

My Program:
Eating better and drinking more water. Getting some form of exercise in daily.

Personal Information:
I am a wife and mother of two.

My 9yr old son has been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. Every day is a challenge.

My daughter is a 7yr old little drama queen!
