I'm a competitive speech coach for our school. We host some meets. There is a glitch in my computer program, so I'm trying to get it fixed. It's excel and sometimes numbers overwhelm me, but I'm working on it! Have a great week!

Helloooo! I just get some tunes I like on my computer and dance around my home office. I'm going to start using a timer so I'll know I got my full quota done. This way I don't have to look ridiculous in front of other people and I dance while in my jammies.

I have a sore left foot right now, so I mostly shuffle back and forth with my feet and wiggle the rest of me around to the beat of the music. The better I get feeling the more minutes I'll add to my daily routine.

Let's all have fun while getting healthy!! emoticon emoticon
