Working it!

I started at 280. I'm working toward 140. I want to lose half of myself, be strong and eat well. I am exploring vegetarianism and veganism, organic eating and gluten-free eating, but am not yet committed to any of those. You can follow some of my dietary changes on my blog.

My Goals:
-climb a rope

-wear a size 12 again

My Program:
I'm doing a weird little combination of techniques. For twelve weeks I am doing a 1200 calorie/day diet, BUT I am changing up the daily calories a la The Wendi Plan:
Monday: 1100
Tuesday: 1300
Wednesday: 1000
Thursday: 1400
Friday: 1100
Saturday: 1500
Sunday: 900

After twelve weeks, every four weeks I will increase my daily caloric intake by 100 calaries daily until my average is 1500ca/day. I'll hold steady until I hit my goal. (Or find a different system that works for me. I'm flexible.)

But thank you, now I'll make excellent use ~ and I'm sure a personal trainer comes with a personal masseuse (right?).

Thank you for the comment on the blog (the random musings...or babbling...I do both equally well!).

Anyway, I’m more of a gym person...and a bike rider...so will likely leave the running to my wife if she decides she’s into that. I agree that we should find what we like doing and have fun there. Still, I don’t mind trying something new every so often.

So do you go dancing with your sister as well?

And...the numbers were prime numbers :-)

And...I had to look up the work pendantic...nice to learn something new.
