Hi my name is Barbara and I am a fan of exercise and eating healthy, but I love fast, fattening food too!. Sometimes I get down and feel unmotivated so I have to really be conscious of my eating habits.

I've gained about three pounds so far, but I haven't lost anything since March. I am really trying to get started up again though. I haven't had any sweets in a few days, but I really could have done without the pizza :-) At least I went swimming yesterday and did a little (very little) strength training today.
