Aiming to lose 51 pounds. Hoping to gain more energy, be healthier & lighter.
Exercising 3-4 times per week. Completing Couch To 5K and will keep running after completion. Tracking everything often. Weigh-in 1-2 times per month, with measurements to follow next. Trying to remember that this is a (long, frustrating, trying) process/journey with an end goal.
You will LOVE THIS TEAM! It's amazingly positive and supportive. The members here are always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or a shoulder.
