Nothing set in stone. Lots of walking, though, with a SparkPeople video or two thrown in for good measure. Tracking my food intake, fitness, and water intake are also very important for me. Only weighing myself once per month so as not to get frustrated & disillusioned; trying to remember that this is a (long) process/journey.
