Military spouse, health professional, stressed out, needing to get "myself" back after years of emotional / stress eating while in school & training.

Fitness Minutes: 3,349

My Goals:
Short term: (weekly)
1) log food daily all week
2) accurately log water
3) work out, in some capacity, 6 days/ wk
4) begin to journal daily

Moderate term: (weeks to months)
1) Join some sort of fitness "team" - volleyball, walking, kayaking....something!
2) Start yoga on a regular basis
3) Improve flexibility and balance
4) blog at least once a week

Longterm:
1) Come off meds completely
2) Use my personal experience personally and professionally, to spread the Spark
3) Crossfit athlete!


My Program:
Small, frequent meals....5-6 daily. Have cut out sodas (Cokes!) and Starbucks (venti, peppermint mochas) completely. Still have coffee every day...but often have decaff. Can't tell the difference in taste. Lots of water & now working out, in some capacity, 6 days a week!!

Married to: Joe - the most supportive, loving man I've ever known, for almost 15 years.

Military brat who married a military man....we've lived ALL over!


Other Information:
I love anything outdoors (camping / hiking / boating / skiing / etc); cars (muscle/antique/exotic/etc); home improvement (I can lay floors / tile / paint /etc!); College football (GO GATORS!) and a TON of other things. I'm one of those people that is constantly wanting to try something new!
