A Caterpillar in the Butterfly Wing

I have been working out consistently for about 4 years, and have been successful in losing over 30 pounds. I still have more to lose, but I'm trying to focus on just feeling good, and know the rest will come when I can do that. I want to be healthy, but more importantly, I want to be happy. I haven't quite figured out how to full achieve either, but I work at it a little every day.

I haven't figured out how to tangibly reward myself, and some days I can't even seem to mentally ...

My Goals:
Be happy with myself.

Run a half marathon for the second time (and run the whole thing. And don't half ass my training. And actually feel like I accomplishments something after.)

Be proud of what I have done and what I will/can do.

Feel strong and beautiful both outside and in.

I would love to lose 10 pounds, but it's the toughest to go. I haven't decide what kind of reward I will get if I do.

My Program:
I try to run a 5K once a week, and do interval training another day. For my other 3 days of cardio, I do different cross training. I also do weight training twice a week, and go for walks as often as I can!

Hey Girl!
I was talking to you a while ago about knee problems...have you tried zyphlamed yet? It's a natural supplement from Chapter One and it works great! My knees were getting so bad that I wasn't able to run anymore but started taking it and now I'm fully back at it. It's two pills a day and you can get it from amazon.com and I have seen it on a couple of other websites. I would recommend checking it out if you are still having knee pain...I swear by it! Anyway, I hope all is well and you have had a happy, healthy 2011 so far! emoticon
