2009, at 250 lbs. A new job and a lot of stress, and I started blimping back up to 300.

I want to live a healthy life. I weighed 145 lbs in High School and was on the football team, wrestling, track and field, and cross country. I went to college and stopped going to the gym and exercising. My profession is sedentary, and I ballooned up to 422lbs. at one point, and I thought I was going to die. I got motivated and returned to the gym, dropped to 245lbs. and size 38 pants, and then I got a new job in a new city. I moved and had to deal with the stress of a new job, new city, and the drama of my daughter, her Mom, and my Mom. I coped with the insanity by eating. Now I am at 317lbs., and I am afraid of dying of a heart attack again. I need to get back on track for a healthy lifestyle. It is a matter of life and death.
