A new me

Ok, it is time for me to get back on with my journey. In the first few months I was on sparkpeople, I had lost 10 pounds. I haven't gain any back. But, since then, I lose 5 pounds and gain it back. I really have to start writing down what I am eating, do more exercice and drink more water. I know I will see a difference and be able to lose the 15 pounds I wish to lose.
