My Goals:
* To gain confidence in myself. * To lose weight and be healthy. * To finish the Warrior Dash! (COMPLETE! 9/29/12) * To complete a 5K race * To become a black sash in Kung Fu.
My Program:
For diet I am planning on just cutting my intake and focusing on eating healthier foods, but will indulge from time to time so I'm not bored! My exercise program consists of 60 minutes of martial arts (Kung Fu) three times a week. When I'm not doing Kung Fu, I plan on doing sit ups. I'm also doing the C25K program and the 100 Push Ups challege!
Other Information:
I'm a huge nerd who loves all sorts of games and nerdy hobbies!
