My Program:
My exercise program consists of 60 minutes of martial arts (Kung Fu) two times a week.

I'm also doing the C25K program when my body cooperates.

Other Information:
I'm a huge nerd who loves all sorts of games and nerdy hobbies!

Inclined push-ups are actually less difficult than regular push-ups, I just don't have the upper body strength back yet to do the real ones! If you're really good, declined push-ups are harder; you put your feet up above the rest of your body so you have further to go!

We do scrambled eggs, lowfat cheddar cheese, and a little bacon. They're very filling and easily portable!

I've missed my spark friends! I'm glad to be back! :)
