My Goals:
* To gain confidence in myself.

* To lose weight and be healthy.

* To finish the Warrior Dash! (COMPLETE! 9/29/12)

* To become a black sash in Kung Fu.

My Program:
Currently I'm on the Green Faces diet.

My exercise program consists of 60 minutes of martial arts (Kung Fu) three times a week.

I'm also doing the C25K program when my body cooperates.

Other Information:
I'm a huge nerd who loves all sorts of games and nerdy hobbies!

Three minutes is ROUGH. It is the longest three minutes I have ever faced but I see a change in just two weeks in my body. Huge changes.

Ha! "a real runner" -- I still struggle with that label sometimes. (I'm still slow as molasses, but I GET IT DONE and so can you!)

I almost gave up after starting 3 times after the first week... Now, I can run for over 3 minutes 6 times per session with two minutes breaks in between. YOU GOT THIS!!!

It gets easier. Go slow and repeat if you need. It will be awesome for you soon. This I can promise
