I was just under 240 lbs at my heaviest. I'm now 190. I've tried all sorts of things to loose weight and get in shape. I found that fun activities/sports is what I need to keep motivated with exercise. I play a lot of volleyball and I go running with friends on occasion. I'm on SparkPeople to help me loose another 10lbs and to get into "beach" shape. I want to run around the block without my shirt on and get away with it :)

I'm currently on a 1/3 fruit diet with healthy grains, legumes, and some fat picking up the remaining calories. I eat fish 1-2 times a week as well. I try to only eat 3-4 meals a day (6+ times a day was not working at all). That's my quick intro. I hope to become more involved with SparkPeople as time goes on.
