The Begining of a Healthier Me

Hi, my name is Beth. I am a 38 yr old married mother of two. My son Bailey is 12 and my daughter, Cassie, is 5. I haven't ever really stuck to a 'diet' long enough to loose weight. My weight has just steadily gone up all my life. While I was pregnant with my daughter, my final weight-in before I went into labor was 299. I swore to myself to do my best to never cross the 300 line. So here I am, working hard to get the weight off and be healthier - for me and my family.

(sorry for the long address) It's very firm which is great for most large muscle groups like legs and glutes, but a bit too firm for sensitive areas. I use one that I got at the Big 5 store, and it's not quite as firm as the one I'm used to at the gym, but it's better than nothing. There are also less firm ones for rolling out more sensitive areas (like your IT band on the outside of your leg).
