    AH! THIS is what I remember Spark being so great for! I had never thought of compression sleeves. I've been wondering if I should try to get a brace but I felt a bit hopeless because my legs are where I carry a LOT of my weight and I know the brace I had (for my OTHER knee) in high school would never fit right now. I just checked out the Tommie Copper website and they have sizes up to 6x! I'm going to try them out! Three weeks with this knee joint pain is annoying...I'm ready to get back to the gym, dangit! *lol* Thanks so much! And for the kick in the butt about not feeling like I've earned it. You're right, I've been busting my rear for YEARS trying to lose this weight...Sure, I had surgery that works as a great tool in assisting me with that, but these were all things that I chose to do in my quest for better health...I need to take credit for that! Thank you again! I appreciate you coming out of lurking to help me out!
