    When it comes to food I've always found the more basic it is, the more I can eat of it. If you like to eat, stick to the outside of the store and cut back on cheeses. If it's boxed it's blah for your body to digest. More protein means longer to digest which means your metabolism is up for longer. Fruits and veggies break down fast BUT they also raise the metabolism and naturally medicate the body so you're not looking for food all... day... long. I love talking about this stuff since i'm going into nutrition and I'm a cardio junkie with a Hustle certification so please please please let me stroke my ego by asking me questions ;p
