I still think I look the way I did when I was in college. Thankfully my husband still thinks I do. Every time I see a picture of myself, I am shocked that I am so big. I have been gaining 10 pounds a year since my second son was born.

Hi! I'm Nadine and the leader of the WorkingMoms team! Welcome! Our team is kind of laid back. Working mothers are busy people with a lot on their plates. It is easy to leave caring for ourselves off! But if we want to see our goals realized, we must put fitness, wellness, and good nutrition at the top of the to-do list! I hope to get to know you better and that you are successful in your SparkPeople goals.
