It's time for a fresh outlook...

It's time to put a more positive spin on my profile. I (re)started this all "it never works, I'll fail again" but right now I don't feel like I'm failing. I feel good about myself, I feel strong. Even if the numbers haven't really moved I feel like I'm making some progress. It won't go on forever, as in I need to see the scale move, but right now I'm good, I'm happy. I'm feeling in control and for me, that's always a good thing.

Please, don't be afraid to contact me or friend me, I need people not afraid to say "no, you don't need that" or "get up and wiggle your backside" (aka..exercise) I have a support system but I need the kind that will push me, not just tell me I'm doing good. (don't get me wrong, like those kind too, they keep me motivated) But at times I need tough love.

I've also discovered the Kinect. YAY! In one day it's done more for me than 2yrs of a gym membership.

Trying to get in better shape and get my "pre kids" figure back (or should I say pre lazy). Not looking to be a size 2, just a healthy size and one in which I feel comfortable.

Get excited about clothes shopping again.

Not feel like an Oompa Loompa when I do anything that should be graceful.

To get a bike and ride (for fun not sport).

To learn to run and enjoy it.

To love myself and my body.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I am trying to eat less and less bread and pasta I pretty much only eat it once a day now. But it's a work in progress... Thanks for reading my blog again!!

I am just throwing together my own little concoctions... 1 c spinach...1 c Kale.. Cucumber 50 grams..11 baby carrots..then a 1 cup of frozen berries.. I tried to add nuts, but it is awful!! I also make a breakfast one that has protein powder in it.. I use two cups spinach 0% milk and Frozen strawberries.. You can not even taste the spinach.. You all put water in these..
