Thanks for the comments. Yes, I'm right with you with sugar. I haven't really been missing it, but sometimes when I see a former favorite splurge, I just think that I don't want to LOOK like this anymore, I want to be my thin self that I know is inside. So, if I can limit myself in the future, that is my goal!!!
I am just throwing together my own little concoctions... 1 c spinach...1 c Kale.. Cucumber 50 grams..11 baby carrots..then a 1 cup of frozen berries.. I tried to add nuts, but it is awful!! I also make a breakfast one that has protein powder in it.. I use two cups spinach 0% milk and Frozen strawberries.. You can not even taste the spinach.. You all put water in these..
