My Goals:
Trying to get in better shape and get my "pre kids" figure back (or should I say pre lazy). Not looking to be a size 2, just a healthy size and one in which I feel comfortable.

Get excited about clothes shopping again.

Not feel like an Oompa Loompa when I do anything that should be graceful.

To get a bike and ride (for fun not sport).

To learn to run and enjoy it.

To love myself and my body.

I read your page a little..Thank you for asking about the healthy shakes.. I bought a Nutri-Bullet, and I just replaced two meals a day with a liquid salad of my choice.. Sounds nasty but you can do so many things to make it to your liking.. I do one handful or so of Organic Spinach, 1/2 a cucumber(with peel on), and a handful of frozen fruit. add water to the fill line and mulsify and enjoy.. Greens are the key..Bright colored fruits, and berries are real good for you. If you can not afford a Nutri-Bullet..replace two meals a day with a large salad and a bowl of fruit, and see what the scale daoes after two weeks.. I lst 100 pounds and I can thank water and determination for that.. Do not let that scale run your life.. Only weigh yourself once a week and at the same time eace time you scale.. I do like 930 am-10am each Monday.. and if you still have a menstruel cycle you can skip that day..so not to discourage yourself.. :) I hope I helped and if you need anything else please ask..
