I started my journey of the rest of my life about 11 months ago. I had my second baby, and was looking at pictures of myself, and couldn't believe what I saw. I was fat! No strike that I was beyond obese! I was at my all time highest weight of 275 lbs, I could try and justify it to you by saying "ya but I am 6' tall and big boned.", but let's get real big bones and 6' only go so far, and the rest was purely all the food I was cramming in my mouth on a daily basis. So I came to the realization that this had to STOP! So I really started watching what I was eating, and I joined a soccer team. The weight came off pretty fast at first, and I got down to about 235. And there I stayed:(, until I was on pintrest and saw a pin for a blog for "runs for cookies" (it's amazing you should check it out) but it is all about this girl Katie and how she is half her size, and her amazing journey on becoming and maintaining her healthy life style. At one point in the blog she gives spark people a major shout out for being an amazing tool in her journey. I was very curious and checked it out... So here I am spark people has changed my out look on diet and made it a lifestyle that I choose every day from here on out. I know I can NEVER go back to how I used to be I can only go forward day by day and be the best posable version of myself that I can be. So here's to the rest of my life in a healthy BMI! :)
