I was not always as heavy as I am currently. I was a really active child , who just grew up to love junk. I still do I cant deny it . I gained most of my weight when it hit Univirsity , the freshman 15 for me was the freshman 35. From there I just kept going up. A bad break up two years ago led me to where I am with my heaviest weight ever. I didnt care about myself , my body or anything. I realise now that was a heck of a poor choice. My family is larger and I always figured hey its genes. ...

I am trying to make my life right . I want to beautiful to myself . Right now I fake it , I dont look into the mirror unless it is to look at my face. I shide away from cameras cus I would hate to look back and see how big I am. I also want to be able to go for a walk without feeling the pull in my back from carring so much weight on my stomach.

I hope I can succeed , I want to scucced I want to be healthy I dont want some of those scary deiseases that are out there.

This is the beginning of my journey.....

My Goals:
Go from 305lbs to 165lbs

Goal #1- 270lsb by May 1st 2012 1/4th of the way to my goal weight

Goal#2-235lbs by September 1st 1/2 of the way to my goal weight

Goal#3-200lbs by January 1st 2013 23/4ths to my goal weight

Goal#4 165 by May 1st- My Goal Weight.

I will be coming up with a reward system for myself shortly and posting them.

My Program:
Monday/Wednsday/Friday- Strength Training (Coach Nicole video) + 3-4 Miles with Leslie Sansone WATP

Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday- 3 Miles with Leslie + 5K Rookie Running Program

Sunday- Active Rest Day ( light walking)

I also want to walk my dog outside as much as I can

On one of my days off I am going to walk the highway near my house it is aprox 6 miles. Trying to beat my personal best time so far of 1 hour 48 mins.

Personal Information:
I am 24 years old . I love books , history and good movies. I like to think I am out going but I know my self confidence gets me down alot.

I love talking ! and I think my parents should have named me Gabby!
