We are on the verge of reaching Hong Kong, but everyone is going to have to give a little extra effort today to make it happen. See if you can find time for a few extra cardio minutes.
Take that walk, run up and down the stairs a few times, do some jumping jacks, pop in a workout video, speedclean the house, or just play with the kids....get creative, and have fun! Remember - anything that raises your heart rate counts as cardio.
And don't forget to post your minutes before 11PM EST tonight so they can be counted for our challenge.
