Heres to strength and determination!
I have finally decided it is time to do this right for a change. I always felt I had to lose for someone or something. I now realize that doesn't work. I have to truly do it for me. I have people in my life who don't care how big I am. They love me as I am. If it's an issue to them, they can find others who fit what they think a friend should look like. I am doing this for me because I see my health getting worse and for the most part, because of my weight and lack of taking ...
I have finally decided it is time to do this right for a change. I always felt I had to lose for someone or something. I now realize that doesn't work. I have to truly do it for me. I have people in my life who don't care how big I am. They love me as I am. If it's an issue to them, they can find others who fit what they think a friend should look like. I am doing this for me because I see my health getting worse and for the most part, because of my weight and lack of taking care of myself. That has to change! A friend gave me a litst of 14 things to give up. So, at the end of each day I will evaluate how I did and attempt to do better the next day. I may not always succeed but will still love myself and try to do better the next day. Here are the 14 things to give up: 1. Doubting myself 2. Negative thinking 3. Fear of failure 4. Destructive relationships 5. Gossiping 6. Criticising myself and others 7. Anger 8. Comfort eating 9. Laziness 10. Negative self-talk 11. Procrastination 12. Fear of success 13. Anything excessive 14. People pleasing
