I certainly wish I was a morning person! Lunch break is the best time for me but I cant always get it done then because I cant always be a bit icky for work lol. I will figure it out somehow. I'm getting ready to try and work out now if the munchkin will quit going "MAMA!!!!" 5 bazillion time and that's me being gracious haha 2182 days ago
I don't really have any "tricks" for getting up at 5 -- I'm naturally a morning person so it doesn't really bother me. Although this week I've been getting up at 6:00 and it's bliss - lol. I just find that if I don't get up in the morning to work out, chances are slim that I'll do it later. I'm always too tired after work! But, you gotta find what fits your life. If I had kids to get ready in the morning I probably wouldn't do it either! 2183 days ago
