My Goals:
Eat a balanced diet and prepare healthy meals for my family. Train for half and full marathons when I can find the time.

Be a good example of a healthy lifestyle for my kids.

My Program:
I try to be healthy by following a regular exercise program and eating right, but sweets are definitely my weakness!

Personal Information:
I am an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Medical Exercise Specialist and Behavior Change Specialist. I love helping people work towards their health and fitness goals!

Other Information:
I love running (particularly marathon training), and my favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz.

I have four children, 3 girls and 1 boy. They are exhausting but amazing!!

Loved your Blog on 'Fitting In'....I too, long for a quieter, more peaceful life in the country, helping to heal abused horses, growing an organic gardening and doing something that makes a difference versus living the rat race. As you get older, life takes on a different perspective and filled with less need for chaos, lights and action. I really enjoyed your article. Thanks for sharing your thoughts...

So right! Sorry! I thought it was a little odd that her picture would show 3 kids. . . anyway, it's still a great streak you've got going!! Doing anything like exercise with kids takes focus!
