My Goals:
Eat a balanced diet and prepare healthy meals for my family. Train for half and full marathons when I can find the time.

Be a good example of a healthy lifestyle for my kids.

My Program:
I try to be healthy by following a regular exercise program and eating right, but sweets are definitely my weakness!

Personal Information:
I am an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist. I love helping people work towards their health and fitness goals!

Other Information:
I love running (particularly marathon training), and my favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz.

I have four children, 3 girls and 1 boy. They are exhausting but amazing!!

Hello, I have joined this team in order to reach my goal to shed my spread (pun intended). Shed spread is one of the things that I really don't want to have to give up. I love butter. I am going to get to my goal weight before my husband dies of cancer so that the can see me like I was when we first met before he dies. Of course there are other reasons, but that one is the most pressing reason. I need to lose 145 pounds in all. I started at sparking 302 lbs. then I stopped when I found he had cancer, but I am back again. Since I started back, I am down to 183 pounds. Sparking works. I am determined to make my goal. emoticon

Hi Jen,

Thank you for the warm welcome to the SP's Largest Virtual Weight-In. I'm not sure if my weigh-in will be Friday or Saturday, but I know this will put more pressure on me... which I seem to need at this point.

I also signed up for the '10 Minute Daily Exercise Streak Challenge' so I'll be starting that challenge today.
