My Goals:
Eat a balanced diet and prepare healthy meals for my family. Train for half and full marathons when I can find the time.

Be a good example of a healthy lifestyle for my kids.

My Program:
I try to be healthy by following a regular exercise program and eating right, but sweets are definitely my weakness!

Personal Information:
I am an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Medical Exercise Specialist and Behavior Change Specialist. I love helping people work towards their health and fitness goals!

Other Information:
I love running (particularly marathon training), and my favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz.

I have four children, 3 girls and 1 boy. They are exhausting but amazing!!

I added you as a friend so I will be able to find you quickly while I am dropping inactive teams I lead. Since we are challenge teams under the Biggest Loser umbrella, we create a new team page every 10 weeks.

Read your blog on not doing sit-ups. My nephew is a doctor and physical therapist. He advises against ANYONE doing sit-ups as they can damage disks. I don't know how to send a Facebook post to you, but you can probably google the information.
