My Goals:
Track my food, exercise at least twice a week.

My Program:
Food - I've been using atkin's, with moderate weight loss. Currently I'm plateauing, so I'm going to track overall calories for a while.

Exercise - walking or riding a recently purchased bike.

Personal Information:
I'm from Seattle up here in the Pacific Northwest. Yes, it does rain as much as they say. :)

I'm slowly moving from a career in technology to nursing.



Other Information:
I'm taking the Summer off this year. Now I just hope it's sunny every now and then.
