Hey Mama!! I hope your week is going well. Mine is ALOT better than last week, that's for sure! Thankfully I didn't have much soreness after the wreck, and I was able to do my 16 mile walk/run this past Saturday. My little wreck did keep me out the gym for a few days, so I've had to start week 4 over on my program. But it's ok. Apparently I needed to rest. I came back stronger than before and was able to leg press 150 lbs! Lots of love!!
