Hi all, I am new to this site and just beginning to find out what I exercises I want to do. I joined a gym with Silver Sneakers (which is free) now I am looking over all he things they offer. Pilates, yoga, water aeorbics, free weights. Also Rumba, but I have mild emphysema so I am limited a little bit. Any suggestions on what to start with.. I do tend to over do and gaining this weight is something new to me. 2425 days ago
