Haunted by the fat
I'm here to try to break the cycle of poor food choices, inactivity and the resulting overall bad health which has been my birthright. I don't want my child to inherit these mistakes. It's up to me to make better choices for myself and become the person I want her to grow up seeing. I want to have the energy to enjoy my time with her and the longevity to be in her life for as long as I can.
