Hi, Jason, Thanks for dropping by! So you liked my "pin-up" pics, LOL. I tell you, when I look at those, I can stop eating and get on my bike. Or like the crazy woman that I am, get up at 4 a.m. to exercise before work. Good luck with your project, but I hope you want to lose weight for you and not just for a film gimmick. If you are like me a lot of that hunger isn't in the stomach it is all in the head. I chew a lot of gum. 5 calorie gum. I also just make myself busy when I want to eat and its not time or not on my caloiries for the day. I also started posting on peoples pages when I get hungry. That way I'm doing something good on sparks and also not eating. Before I know it time is gone by and I made it through. LOL Thanks for stopping by my page. susan 2642 days ago
