20 Years ago I succesfully lost 25 KG in just 3 months, however it was due to at least 20 hours of hard excercise every week and no change to my diet. I was able to keep it off for 10 years because I had a job that was physically demanding.

The problem is I really wanted to have a job where I could think more and move less. I became a teacher overseas for many years and slowly but surely, my stomach returned as I moved less and less.

Along with the increased weight came several side effects such as poor breathing when walking uphill, low energy levels, increased appetite and constantly feeling uncomfortable in the stomach and chest especially after a meal. Finally the onset of Gout.

Well that was enough, I figured, not only could I get healthy and record the process, when I achieve my goals "I" could be the poster boy of my Health and Weight loss products business instead of those good looking models!!!!.

My ultimate goal as a film maker is to be a happy and healthy film maker, but being harrassed by a terribly slow metabolism I decided to prove I could be free by using organic technology to my advantage.

After years of studying several options I decided to use a natural product from a company I have trusted for over 5 years.

Thanks for dropping by! So you liked my "pin-up" pics, LOL. I tell you, when I look at those, I can stop eating and get on my bike. Or like the crazy woman that I am, get up at 4 a.m. to exercise before work.
Good luck with your project, but I hope you want to lose weight for you and not just for a film gimmick.

If you are like me a lot of that hunger isn't in the stomach it is all in the head. I chew a lot of gum. 5 calorie gum. I also just make myself busy when I want to eat and its not time or not on my caloiries for the day. I also started posting on peoples pages when I get hungry. That way I'm doing something good on sparks and also not eating. Before I know it time is gone by and I made it through. LOL
