My Goals:
get to 170 lbs get to a BMI of lower than 23 and in general be 'fit', meaning I have high physical endurance and not just a quick sprint of marital arts ability
My Program:
I'm walking a lot, really focusing on nutrition so as to not fall into old and bad habits and use up the exercise burning off bad food instead of fat
