Hi there!! Sorry I didn't have a chance to check in over the weekend -- I worked, worked and worked some more... I'm exhausted! It's 9:15 p.m. Sunday and I have two Tylenol PM and a cup of hot lemon water to take -- then it's lights out! I'm hoping for the best tomorrow. I had a slight gain this morning, but I ate some higher sodium foods on Saturday night so it was probably from that. My nutrition and exercise have been good so my fingers are crossed.
And, I hear ya about next weekend. I'm worried, too. Thursday night is a Girls Night Out (drinking and eating); Friday is a shopping afternoon with DH (dinner out and TWO margaritas -- I already have them planned); Sunday is Easter Dinner here at the house with the entire family -- gotta fix everyone's favorites, right?
Oh well, look at it this way -- we've done great the last two weekends and if we hadn't, we'd just weigh that much more going into Easter weekend so we're still ahead of the game either way! RIGHT??!! LOL
