I've got to do something. I've tried most everything. I know how to lose weight, I just have to do it. Food is my weakness, my addiction, my pleasure. It's just going to be hard. I just am tired of being overweight and sluggish. It's time for a change.

how are you doing? So far I'm having a good week, of course it's only Tuesday. LOL I just got back from Curves and walking so I tired. Take a shower and hit the hay. emoticon

Hang in there. You can do this. I'm fairly new to this site too and it is great. All of the people I have met have been very helpful and supportive.

Just take it one day at a time.

Hi Beth, I can use all the friends I can get! I was going to be so good yesterday! Then the boyfriend picked me up from work and took me to mexican food! UGH!! My biggest weakness! I just have no will power, where do I buy that? emoticon

Welcome to Sparkpeople....This is the place that your goals can really be met. We all have our ups and downs...but we have each other to turn to. i know it is great so much information. I'm still taking it all in. LOL with staying in the calorie range that set for me I lost weight the first week. The Christrian Living spark team is a real good motivator message board
