My Goals:
I have lost 61 pounds since August, 2011. I have about 30 pounds left to lose.


My Program:
I stay between 1500 and 1600 calories per day and I try to do cardio 3-4 days a week, strength training 2 days and stretching everyday.

Personal Information:
I am from the east coast of Canada and I moved here to NY in 2006 to marry the love of my life. I love it here but I miss my family and friends.

Other Information:
I love Richard Laymon and Dean Kootnz books

Making slow strides, but sometimes those are the best kind right? Trying to build consistently good habits that will lead to permanent change! Doing OK. Could be better, but I am getting m foods tracked, doing some ST and getting in some workouts every week. I feel confident it will all come together! Keep up the good work! Caring is the best kind of start!
