I'm glad to see that I'm not the only Soldier out there REALLY trying to lose weight for themselves. I personnally like how I look and feel most days, yes I want to get back down to 125 which is where i was before my 4th child, she is now 2yrs. I have managed to lose 14 lbs since DEC but of course it's not well enough for the Military. I'm losing inches but my neck is too.
Do your PT then at home do some exercise before bed. I also make sure I make all my own foods so I know it is fresh and has no extra salts and fats, which seems to work. The only time I have issues is while being deployed and your made to eat the processed crap they serve you. So do your best keep your head up and don't let anyone put you down. 1879 days ago
