My Goals:
My goal is to try and stay as motivated as I can so I can meet or beat the goal of 200lbs.

My Program:
I am exercising, moving, drinking water like crazy to help meet my goals.

Other Information:
I am outgoing person and like to do so many different things ranging from swimming, snorkeling, golfing, etc. Movies are fun. Spending time at home is also enjoyable, watching a movie, playing games etc. =)

thanks for the nice message - it's great to know that i can inspire someone, since i have been so inspired by so many people on this site. i can relate exaclty - i started a few pounds heavier than you were now in september. what worked most for me was exercise - i am an eater, and will always love food, so i really need to get lots of cardio in to be able to eat. i started the couch to 5 K program (for sedentary people), and am now running 5 times a week... there is a great thread in the couch to 5K group for chubby runners - you should come and check it out!
