What I am doing right now to reach my goals are: 1. Drink lots more water 2. Do 10-30 minutes of exercise a day 3. Make healthy food choices, substitutions, and portions 4. Get motivation and support on this site
Personal Information:
Here's just a little bit about me. My name is Kristen and I am 44 years old. I have a 23 yr. old son who is a US Marine, very proud by the way. I have recently become a single woman again and I am glad to have a fresh start. It's time to get back to taking care of myself for a change. Yippee!
Other Information:
Some of my interests are cooking, listening to music, watching funny movies, doing my exercise DVD's, and right now I am reading a book that is real good and it's called The Core Balance Diet. I love this one because it gives sound health advice on balancing your health with nutrition and herbs and there are great recipes too. Oh, and I make cool hemp macrame jewelry too, when I find the time.
