Eating healthy, plenty of water, workout with Personal Trainer Mon, Wed & Fri's and do Pilates Tues & Thurs. In addition, get in as much extra cardio as possible even if it's just walking the dog :)
Hi! How have you been? I know it has been awhile but just know I have not forgotten about you. This month has been really crazy for me. I was sick with the flu during New Years so I didn't get to celebrate but that was ok. I started working full-time again (tax preparer), and let me tell you my diet has gone out the door... too much fastfood and not enough time to exercise. Oh well, I need to buckle down. Enough about me... how are things going on your end?
Thank you so much for the sweet comments about my kiddos. Worth every horrible pound. But I am happy to lose them now. The pounds, not the kids. LOL! I was looking over your page, you are doing a great job. I pray that I can do as good as you. It'll be tough, but I really want to do this. I even started a workout with a trainer today involving strength training in addition to my treadmill. And can I just say that you look fabulous for your age. I can't believe you say you are 40! WOW!
