My Goals:
I NEVER drink water, ever. I know it's good for you, so my goal is to get in the habit of drinking more water than I do diet coke. I'm having a total amdominal hysterectomy on 1/22 and want to be healthy, recover quickly, and not lay around eating and gaining weight.

My Program:
I am very good a portion control, I can take one bite of a piece of candy and be satisfied. I try to work out at least 4-5 times a week (but haven't done so over the holidays).

Other Information:
Well if it wasn't bad enough that I'm having an abdominal hysterectomy in about 2 weeks and won't be able to exercise that I had to go and break my toe and now I can barely walk! Now I really have to be careful what I eat!!!! Ugggggggggggggg!

Hi there just dropping in to say hello and see how you are doing. You have almost reached your goal weight. Good for you. I have been sitting in a plateau for 2 weeks and it drove me crazy. Sparklers told me I wasn't eating enough calaries therefore causing my body to go into a starvation mode. I fixed that in a hurry and this morning I managed to break the plateau plus lose the 1 1/2 I gained and another pound to boot. So needless to say I am a very happy camper. I just love Spark People.
