Finally finding the old me!!!

Typical story, got married, had babies, quit job, stayed home with kids. GOT LAZY and fat. i went up and down for a few years never really finding the right balance. I pulled myself together and got down to 181. Then i got pregnant with my 3rd kiddo. The good news there is i had put in place such amazing healthy habits that when i gave birth i was down to 179. :) Now i am back to being active, and loving it. I recently started TRYING to become a runner lol. so that is my newest ...

I recently started TRYING to become a runner lol. so that is my newest adventure.. i am now down to the high 150's and still going down :) currently at 135ish. I hover between 132 and 135. My goal is 125 and then try to maintain.

My Program:
i try to do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred 5-6 times a week. And i get on the Treadmill whenever i can. I walk around my town ALOT and i run the bleachers up at the highschool.
