It has been awhile, but I"M BACK!
Thanks for visiting my sparks page. It will be 4 years now that I have been a member of Sparks! --almost five.... the last thing I did here was found out about getting a free week at Curves and ended up joining the diet and weight loss program... Which didn't work all that well, but with all the skiing I did this year, I did take off a bunch of weight....unfortunately as spring came and stopped skiing, I put it back on....going to ...

Going to visit my sister in Dallas and hopefully be able to change my eating habits.! Wish me luck!

My Goals:
Lose 32 pounds by the end of the year! get bp down to 110/75 and get off all BP medicine sleep 8 hours a night.
My Program:
Weight Watchers sticking to 30-35 points per day (for days I exercise) I will continue to try to lose 10% of my body weight until I reach my goal! Use Sugar free jello & pudding to help with sugar cravings.
Personal Information:
I live on Grand Island New York, grew up in Western New York (Kenmore) Recently married 6/22/08. Love to ski-downhill & cross-country & bike. Attend Unity church of Buffalo.
